I contacted Andrew as we had a leak underneath our kitchen sink. After providing him a couple pictures of underneath the sink, he was able to come out to our house the same day, and fix it. Once he arrived, it was all fixed within an hour, and for a very reasonable price. Also, we had some questions about some old issues with our upstairs bathroom that we had not mentioned to him ahead of time, and he graciously took a look at it at the end of his visit, and gave his thoughts on it, which he did not have to do. I never write reviews, and i mean never, but i am sooooo impressed with Andrew from Shalin Plumbing and Heating. I had a toilet issue in which 2 plumbers came out to look at the job but never called me back. Then a family member gave me his number and she said he was really good, so I called. He came out that same day, looked at the problem and was very honest saying he can do the repair but its not a guarantee because of the issue i had. Nothing to do with his abilities. I took the chance, and i am soooo happy i did. He did the repair right then and there and he kept everything around him super clean even his tools. I never saw that much attention to detail before. I joked with him saying for a plumber - your really clean. He said it's because that's the way he was taught. I would highly recommend him if you want the job done right and with no added headaches of the clean up.
